Directions to Belle Isle State Park from sea

DEEP CREEK - This is the creek on the eastern side of Belle Isle State Park.  Once you get in, you have 5 to 5-1/2 feet MLW to anchor.  The entrance depth is the controlling factor.  Check your charts carefully.  Entrance at low tide is about 2-1/2 feet MLW.  We will have a free water taxi to take you to a dock near the festival grounds.

FUNDAMENTAL RULE #1 - It shall be the sole responsibility of each boat skipper to decide whether come by boat and to anchor or leave.  We suggest coming to the site sometime this summer and checking out your options.  It is a beautiful place to spend an afternoon or the night.  Then you will be more comfortable with your choice when you come to the Festival.
